Processing Process:
Through the cooperation of high-precision positioning tooling and five-axis CNC machining center, it is ensured that the concentricity of the fine holes on both sides of the symmetry is 0.01mm, and the size from the hole center to the reference plane is within the range of 0.01mm. The perpendicularity needs to be 0.02mm, and the flatness of the reference plane needs to be 0.005mm; Subsequent sandblasting treatment allows the product to have a bright surface and beautiful appearance.
